Join us for an afternoon of supporting one another's mental health.

This is open to all genders - all donations will go towards the Movember Foundation. 

Please bring cash, or there will be QR codes to scan after the event, and you can donate whatever you feel it was worth.

The breath is the gateway to taking back control of our autonomic nervous systems. Fight or flight (sympathetic) vs. Rest and digest (parasympathetic).
It is the literal light switch to fluctuate between the two.

In this session, we will learn tools and techniques to help regain control of our nervous system and unlock healing that we never knew before.

We will then take a deeper dive into the breath where we will unlock emotions, traumas, and energy that has been suppressed so that we can feel, heal and experience true freedom from within.

Detox: Breathwork releases toxins from the body and provides powerful health benefits from increased energy and immunity to reduced inflammation.

Trauma release: Breathwork is helpful for people from a wide variety of backgrounds and life experiences and can assist in individuals in processing traumatic past experiences, resulting in an increase in wellbeing, confidence, inner clarity, and emotional freedom.

The quality of our breathing greatly impacts our experience of daily life and is intimately connected to our state of consciousness. change your breath and you can change your life.

We will also have a talk on how what we eat and how we move impacts stress on the body and mind. 

Dayna & Josh – Founders of Movement Culture
Dayna and Josh are the co-founders of Movement Culture, a community-driven platform built on the fusion of their unique strengths, experiences, and shared mission: to help people feel strong, resilient, and capable — in both body and mind.


Dayna is the founder of State of Performance, a coach, hybrid athlete, and advocate for women becoming their strongest selves. With over a decade of competitive swimming, a professional bodybuilding title, and eight years as a Registered Nurse in Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, she brings a powerful mix of clinical knowledge, lived athletic experience, and evidence-based coaching. She is currently completing studies in Sports Nutrition, further deepening her expertise in performance, recovery, and fuelling strategies. Her mission is to help women break free from cycles of under-eating, overtr

aining, and self-doubt, and instead build confidence and strength for life.
Josh is the founder of TwoSix Wellness, with 12 years in the wellness industry. Having worked as head coach and nutritionist for one of the world’s top trainers, he went on to carve out his own holistic approach to health. After navigating his own battles with depression, anxiety, and losing family members to drug use, Josh has made it his mission to guide others out of dark places and show them how to reclaim control of their lives. He now works with individuals and corporations, teaching practical strategies to manage stress and integrate health into both daily routines and high-pressure environments.


Together, they created Movement Culture — uniting performance training, sports nutrition, holistic wellbeing, and mindset coaching into one platform. Movement Culture is more than a coaching service: it’s a supportive community where education, accountability, and connection empower people to go beyond surface-level fitness and make lasting changes.

Dayna and Josh’s vision is simple: to prove that when you combine smart training, intentional fuelling, and the right mindset, you unlock not only physical performance — but the strength to thrive in every area of life.
